The following services are provided free of charge to all qualified candidates. Qualified candidates are determined through a 10 – 15 minute phone interview.

Candidate Process

1. In Person Career Consultation – Qualified candidates will receive a one on one, face to face career consultation that includes an in depth discussion of what you are looking for in your next opportunity, parameters around your search, and future career goals.





2. Resume Refining Service – We will take a close look at your current resume and offer advice and editing/formatting services to get your resume to stand out in a competitive field.





3. References – We check your references and work with you to include the right references that make a difference in your job search.





4. Search – Once we have met and discovered the parameters of your search we conduct a tailored search for opportunities that fit with your career goals and aspirations. We are able to confidentially market your skills to companies and decision makers within the Twin Cities metro area and get you in front of decision makers, not just pass your resume through an automated system.





5. Interview Coaching – We offer interview coaching for all qualified candidates. We cover everything from how to prepare for an interview, dress for an interview, how to answer difficult interview questions, body language, tone, posture, practice interviews and much more.





6. Follow up and feed back – We follow up with all of our qualified candidates on a monthly basis always to provide you with honest feedback that will impact your job search.





7. Resource – We are always here as an ongoing resource for all of our qualified candidates to make sure that you have the tools that you need for long term success.
