Hitch is the Founder and President of Blue Wave
Professionals, LLC, which specializes in
permanent placements of IT and
Engineering individuals in the Minneapolis/St.
Paul metro area.
She started Blue Wave
Professionals, LLC so that she could provide
candidates with the help and coaching they need
to aid them in their career search and to
connect businesses with the Twin Cities top
talent, specifically in the areas of Information
Technology and Engineering.
On the side, she also works as an
Organizational and Academic Coach with upper
elementary to high school students in the Twin
Cities area as a consultant for Stone
Foundations of Learning. |
